Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited [GTBank] has been named winner of the Best Digital Bank of the Year award for the second consecutive year at the virtual 2020 Digital Innovation and Excellence Awards.
The awards, organized by the International Center for Strategic Alliances (ICSA), saw GTBank picking the coveted award in recognition of its strength and leadership in deploying cutting-edge digital solutions and electronic channels that offer customers and the general public the convenience in money related transactions at anytime and anywhere.
Divisional Head of Digital Banking and Partnerships, Leopold Armah, taking the award on behalf of the Bank, said: “receiving this award for two consecutive years is indeed a testament of our relentless effort to provide our customers and the general public with ease and convenience of banking at any time of the day and from wherever they are.”

The Digital Innovation & Excellence Awards scheme recognizes and celebrates outstanding achievements and contributions towards the digital transformation of the Banking Financial Systems and Insurance sector.
