STOCK MARKET FOCUS: Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) Composite Index increase by 11.07 points yielding a return of -10.11% Yield-To-Date (YTD).
The benchmark GSE Composite Index (GSE-CI) at the end of this week gained 11.07 points to close at 2,507.31 showing a YTD return of -10.11% as two (2) stocks recorded gainer and one (1) stock loser during this week.
The Market Capitalization at the close of this week increased by GH₵115.84million to close trading at GH₵61.64billion translating into a loss of 0.04% in 2022.
A total of 8.47million shares valued at 9.04million traded this week; a decrease of 71.47% in volume traded and 64.94% decrease in value traded as compared to the previous week.
MTNGH recorded most trades, representing 98.77% in total volume and 79.75% in total value traded during this week.
