HORDS

Harold Otabil Research & Developments Limited (HORDS) is an indigenous agro-processing company incorporated in 2000 involved in research and development of agricultural products and the production and sales of food and household products in Ghana at Kanda-Accra.

HORDS was subsequently re-registered as a public limited liability company after the decision of the sole shareholder and board of the company to go public and raise funds for its operations in March, 2015.

The company transform raw materials such as cocoa, cassava, soya, starch, and herbs into food supplements, breakfast cereals, detergents, disinfectants, and laundry starch among others.

The company is now a major household and food processing company in the country and expanding its market internationally into the West-African and European sub-regions.

Some of the well-known brands of HORDS  include Brown Gold, Soyabetix, Cocobetix and Smark Look. HORDS Limited targets boarding schools, restaurants, households and corporate institutions.
