Société Générale Ghana Limited formerly known as SG-SSB Limited until 2013 when its name was changed.  SOGEGH is a financial services institution offering banking products and services to the retail, corporate, investment and treasury sectors in Ghana.

Incorporated in 1977, the bank merged with the National Savings and Credit Bank (NSCB) in 1994 augmenting its assets and branch network.

SOGEGH is a subsidiary of SG Financial Services Holding, France. Its head office is in Accra, Ghana.

The company’s operations are centered around its emphasis on consumer banking and over time it has become a market leader through the introduction of new products to the Ghanaian market.

Its retail product offering ranges from current and savings accounts to education loans, finance lease facilities and e-banking services.

Its corporate product offering ranges from transactional banking to bonds and guarantees, working capital and capital expenditure financing and corporate staff credit conversion services.

Société Générale Ghana Limited also offers loans and credit facilities as well as deposits and transaction accounts for small and medium sized enterprises.
